Elizabeth Olsen was born in Sherman Oaks, California on February 16, 1989. She is the daughter of Jarnette and David Olsen. Her mother is a personal manager and her father is a real estate developer and mortgage banker. Elizabeth is the younger sister of the famous Olsen twins of the 90s Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.
Elizabeth started ballet as a child and also took singing lessons. At age 4 she began acting. At age 11 she had small roles on "How The West Was Fun" and the series "The Adventures of Mary-Kate & Ashley". After attending New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Elizabeth studied at the Moscow Art Theatre School through the MATS program at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center.
Olsen's breakout role was the film Martha Marcy May Marlene (2011). The film not only earned critical acclaim but also had Olsen nominated for numerous critics awards for her role. Olsen was nominated for the BAFTA Rising Star Award In January 2013. Elizabeth Olsen joined the Marvel MCU in the film Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) in a post-credit scene. She later played a major role in the film Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015). Olsen continues to play the role in numerous Marvel films and an upcoming TV show called Wanda Vision.

"Olsen was doing plenty of workouts and training for the action-packed film, but Dr. Goglia emphasizes that nutrition and sleep is the key to better body composition, not exercise." he said "For Olsen, that meant seven to eight meals a day, with no gluten, dairy or yeast. She would start out the day with a teaspoon each of almond butter and jam before training, and then follow that with a protein shake or eggs and vegetables for breakfast, fish or chicken for lunch and vegetables and another fish for dinner, with snacks of fresh fruit, vegetables and hard-boiled eggs throughout the day"-Dr. Goglia.
Meal 1: 1 scoop of PFC whey protein, with 1 serving of fruit, almond butter, with ice, and water.
Meal 2 (snack): 1 serving of fruit and 1 tablespoon of almond butter.
Meal 3: 4 ounces of salmon with salad.
Meal 4 (snack):1 tomato with 12 almonds.
Meal 5: 1 egg with 1 tomato.
Meal 6: An 8-ounce piece of salmon with a salad.
Meal 7: 1 serving of fruit or a spoonful of honey or blackstrap molasses.
