Superb British Actress! Olivia Williams is legendary. She is perfect for playing the character Adelle DeWitt. When she speaks to her subordinates you can tell she is the right woman for the job. Her style and classiness is a hallmark of the British Actress. She is very sophisticated and does not suffer fools lightly. When she gives an imbecile the indignant look, they know their place in this world. Some of the characters in this show are afraid of her. They don’t speak to her the same way they would every one else. They know that their life is in her hands at all times and she is the judge, jury, and executioner.
The master slave dialectic is very present in this show. She is no doubt the master of the Dollhouse and no one crosses her. If they do, you wont see them again. Actives that disobey her are sent to the ’Attic’. Its a place where the Actives mind is copied onto a hard drive and the brain is swiped clean. The only thing left of the person is a mindless shell. Its best not to fool around with her for obvious reasons.
Olivia Williams is great at what she does. Her acting skills and talent are the best on the show hands down. In many ways, she carries the show with her extraordinary acting experience. Thank you Olivia Williams!
