Character: Arthur
A young man who is not ready for the task at hand is what I think about this version of King Arthur. It is interesting to see Arthur as a young man but we have seen that before in BBC’s Merlin. This Arthur can be a brat at times really. I know some of us are saying to our selves ‘I used to be that age? How did my parents put up with me?’ You know, the twenty year old who thinks he knows every thing? Well that’s this version of King Arthur right here.
He wants to do the right thing some of the time, but not all of the time. He has eyes for another mans wife. He is not a very noble man at all. He is a good guy when it suits him, not because he all ways wants to be a good guy. He seems kind of dangerous to be around, like he can’t really make up his mind and stick to a consistent philosophy.
Jamie Bower does a solid performance as Arthur. He is a really good actor.
